Three story building fully renovated outside and inside. Work include roof repair, new guttering system, new roof sofits and front fascia board, replace of all wooden windows with new white UPVC double glazed windows, new el. system with new fuse box, new pluming, install septic tank, new bathrooms on each level, new wooden spiral stairs between ground floor and 1st floor, wooden railing for the stairs between 2nd and 3rd level, new kitchen, new internal MDF doors, plastering and painting inside and plastering and painting outside, new flooring (tiles and laminate floors).
